Every mom knows that a good breakfast fuels the brain for a morning full of learning and exams; but if we are going to be honest, our kids are a MESS in the morning and barely toss down some toaster pastry or granola bar. Worse yet, our kiddos might stop off at the local fast food for a heaping dose of sodium and preservatives. Let Cheri Romanczak, Co-Owner of Renaissance Restaurant Consulting and "Lindsay's Mom," show them how to make ahead three individually wrapped egg dishes that go from the freezer to the microwave and in minutes they have nutritious breakfast they can walk out the door with. Student will learn basic knife skills, how to crack an egg with one hand, proper egg cookery, food safety practices and experiment with new flavor profiles they may not have tried. Each student will bring home two of each breakfast item.
