There is something magical in beginnings. They can spur a number of emotions, such as sadness, happiness, anger, and even joy. At The Mercantile Co, we have been experiencing all of these as we look at a New Beginning.

As of Sunday, June 23rd 2019, we will be closing our location at 1370 Buford Highway in Cumming, Georgia. We wanted to stay, but were unable to negotiate an agreeable lease. We do plan to move the store to a new location, but the new location will not be ready for another year or so.

Until then, we will remain available to our local customers, but not as a traditional brick and mortar store. We plan to be a part of some up-coming pop-up market venues and we are looking at a “mobile” store concept where we would participate at local farmer’s markets. Of course, our online business has always been there and we will continue at www.TheMercantileCo.com
