Lock-Eat Collection Replacement 80 mm Food Jar Gaskets fit Lock-Eat Food Jars sizes, including 35cl ( 11.75 oz.), 20cl (6.75 oz.), 12.5cl(4.25 oz.), and 8cl (2.75 oz.). The gasket is made of European-grade food-safe natural rubber. In combination with the Lock-Eat Food Jar, the reusable air-tight gasket is used for dry goods storage, canning, fermentation, freezing, pickling, salt packing, oil packing, and food preserved in alcohol (for preparations with up to 50% alcohol by volume.). However, they are not safe for use in the oven or microwave. Hand-washing is recommended without any cleanser for the gasket.
