Lock-Eat Collection Replacement 115.5 mm Food Jar XL Gaskets fit Lock-Eat Food Jars XL and Handy Jar sizes, including 2L ( 67.75 oz.), 1.5L (50.75 oz.), 1L (33.75 oz.), 0.75L (25.25 oz.), and 0.5L (16.75 oz.). The gasket is made of European-grade food-safe natural rubber. In combination with the Lock-Eat Food Jar, the reusable air-tight gasket is used for dry goods storage, canning, fermentation, freezing, pickling, salt packing, oil packing, and food preserved in alcohol (for preparations with up to 50% alcohol by volume.). However, they are not safe for use in the oven or microwave. Hand-washing is recommended without any cleanser for the gasket.
