We allow returns made within 45 days of delivery of item. Our return policy remains the same throughout the year. Please direct all defect concerns after 45 days to manufacturer.

If you wish to return an item, you may exchange the item for another item(s) or receive a refund, less original shipping charges within 30 days of your purchase date. We do not provide return labels and all shipping charges are the customers responsibility. If you received free shipping on your original order, a shipping charge based on weight will be deducted from your refund or added to your exchange. You must include ALL packaging materials (undamaged), manuals, paperwork, warranty cards (not filled out) and all parts and accessories.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization #. Please email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization #. Write the RMA # clearly on the outer package, do not write or tape anything on the product packaging. Please ship the package back to us using USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Please insure package for full value.
Damaged Items -Damaged items must be reported within 7 days from receipt of the package. Please inspect all items upon delivery even if they are a gift. We will require proof the damaged item so be sure to retain the entire parcel and email us for instructions and we will replace the damaged item for Free. We do not consider receipt of a damaged item a valid reason to want to return the item instead of getting a replacement. If you do not like the color, quality, change your mind etc once you receive your item, that is treated as a normal return so see above for instructions.
Defective Items – Within 45 days of your purchase, send us an email detailing what the issue is that you are experiencing and we will work with you to satisfy the issue.
In some cases, a reasonable restocking fee (Up to 50% of item's price) may be charged to a buyer for returned items like in the below cases:
Refusing delivery of an order due to Buyer changes mind, buyer remorse, or price difference
Buyer returns an item, but it arrives to the seller damaged, defective, or materially different than what was originally shipped by the seller
